We are temporarily working on approximate 14 working day turnaround just for despatch due to the time of year being our busiest. While we aim to complete orders much sooner than this please be aware of this advised turnaround when placing an order and remember it can be around 14 WORKING days for despatch which does not include weekend days. This temporary extended despatch time is not a guarantee for despatch as some orders may take a working day or so longer depending on current stock levels. This long despatch time is usually just for the month of November and come December we should be back to our normal 3-5 days despatch.

Please remember that we are still in times of Covid and Royal Mail are still short staffed so could be experiencing delays. Some UK areas are only receiving post once a week which is caused by the busy November rush plus staff shortages so please contact your local Post Office for up to date information regarding any delays.

All post is sent with Royal Mail unless otherwise advised. Large orders over 2kg maybe posted by an alternative courier than Royal Mail, usually DPD even if you have selected Royal Mail postage option at the checkout.



On some occasions, a wax melt scent that you have ordered maybe out of stock by time it comes to packing.....should this happen then we will swap the scent for something similar that we think that you might like. If you are unhappy with the swap when your order reaches you and really don’t like the scent we swapped for you then we will happily receive that product back and send you a different scent. This ‘Swapsies’ will only ever happen with our wax melt and no other products.

Should your order not arrive within the timescale given by Royal Mail for your postage type, we will contact Royal Mail to conduct an investigation and claim. You will be offered a replacement of order or alternatively you may have a credit note for the website, credit note will be given once Royal Mail confirms acceptance of claim, no refunds will be given on lost post. This includes UK & International.
