All post is sent with Royal Mail unless otherwise advised. Large orders over 2kg maybe posted by an alternative courier than Royal Mail, even if you have selected this postal method at the checkout.
We are sorry but can no longer accept local collections from us at the moment.
On some occasions, a wax melt scent that you have ordered maybe out of stock by time it comes to packing.....should this happen then we will swap the scent for something similar that we think that you might like. If you are unhappy with the swap when your order reaches you and really don’t like the scent we swapped for you then we will happily receive that product back and send you a different scent. This ‘Swapsies’ will only ever happen with our wax melt and no other products.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on full priced products, this means that any products you are not satisfied with can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in their original condition ‘Unopened’ for a full refund. Sale items, Advent Calendars, Raffle tickets & Gift Vouchers are non refundable.
Should your order not arrive within the timescale given by Royal Mail for your postage type, we will contact Royal Mail to conduct an investigation and claim. You will be offered a replacement of order or alternatively you may have a credit note for the website, credit note will be given once Royal Mail confirms acceptance of claim, no refunds will be given on lost post. This includes UK & International.
