SWAPSIES: On some occasions, a wax melt scent that you have ordered maybe out of stock by time it comes to packing.....should this happen then we will swap the scent for something similar that we think that you might like. If you are unhappy with the swap when your order reaches you and really don’t like the scent we swapped for you then we will happily receive that product back and send you a different scent. This ‘Swapsies’ will only ever happen with our wax melt and no other products.
SWAPSIES IS VERY COMMON WITH SALE ITEMS, USUALLY WE WOULD NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITH SALE ITEMS BUT IF YOU WISH TO RETURN ONE WE HAVE SWAPPED FOR YOU THEN THAT IS OK.
Discount codes are not valid on any SALE item, this includes Brand Rep codes and Promotional Codes.
Some items/products are not included in any promotions, this will be detailed on the product information concerned.
Your contract of Sale is with Mrs Mac Candles website and not Instagram or Facebook. Terms and Conditions including shipping times are detailed on the website and not on Instagram or Facebook, they are just purely for marketing purposes.
Sale items are non returnable.
On occasions, we may be out of stock of a certain type of glass candle container. If this should happen then you will still receive your candle ordered but it may be in a alternation glass container but of exact size or bigger, you will not be notified. If you are unhappy with any alternative then you are welcome to return to us for a refund.
BROKEN WAX MELTS
I will send your order in either a bubble bag or in a cardboard box, your items are packed carefully for you. Should a wax melt arrive broken then it is the fault of Royal Mail and not myself as I have taken care to pack it correctly. Usually broken wax melts are not a problem as they are broken to be put in a burner but if you are really unhappy then you are welcome to return the broken wax melt to us and a replacement will be sent out. Any damaged or broken goods must be received by us before any replacement is sent.
Should your order not arrive within the timescale given by Royal Mail for your postage type, we will contact Royal Mail to conduct an investigation and claim. You will be offered a replacement of order or alternatively you may have a credit note for the website, credit note will be given once Royal Mail confirms acceptance of claim, no refunds will be given on lost post. This includes UK & International.
